Digital Project Manager

Beyond is looking for an experienced digital project manager to join the team and manage our US based clients. The Digital Project Manager is critical to our digital projects running smoothly and our teams setup to succeed. Everything you‘ll do—from weekly project updates, to checking on invoicing or coordinating with developers and designers—will be in the service of continually pushing for clarity. You hold the keys of the scope, schedule and budge and will make sure to deliver the highest quality of products to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project plans for software development and system deployment projects
• Work closely with the accounts team to make sure they’re working aligned to meet the client’s needs within the defined parameters.
• Work closely with the client communicating the project status and deliverables
• Use sound judgement in all communications—ensuring that the teams are up to date on project activities.
• Test AR projects independently prior to customer testing to ensure correct functionality
• Conduct system walkthroughs with the customer, explaining the expected flow
• Ensures that a quality produc is delivered by facilitating design reviews
• Replies to team communication in a timely manner
• Drives projects to final stages of completion by keeping the team on track
